We have used Southern Home Enhancements for 2 projects. Rich did our back porch addition in 2018 and we were so pleased with the project that we hired him again in 2023 for our front porch renovation. When we ran into a problem with the concrete subcontractor on our back porch Rich worked to remedy the problem and brought in a new subcontractor to make it right. The finished product looked great and we were very happy. When we were ready to remodel our front porch I felt very comfortable hiring Southern Home Enhancements because I knew I could expect good results. As a licensed landscape architect I work with general contractors all the time and I have very high standards and expectations, and I appreciate that Rich is easy to work with. Communication is frequent, work is performed in a timely manner, and he has a good grasp for the ‘vision’ for a project. Every construction project faces inevitable hiccups but Rich is good at finding solutions without busting the budget. We are again very satisfied with how our latest project turned out and would definitely recommend!
